    David Fuller


    Founder and owner, David established Nepean Engineering in Narellan in 1974. From his beginnings as a tool-maker, David has grown NEPEAN into an internationally successful company employing over 1100 people, through the acquisition and successful management of businesses complimentary to the core engineering capabilities.

    Chief Executive Officer & Director

    Miles Fuller GAICD, joined NEPEAN in 1994 launching start-up venture Vehicle Inspection Systems. Following early success in Australia, Miles took VIS to the USA and Canada, where as President, VIS Inc. became the market leader in brake, suspension and steering testing equipment for the heavy vehicle market in North America. Established VIS-Polish®, a fully robotic patented wheel polish solution for the heavy vehicle industry. VIS-Polish is now the market leader in North America and Australia/NZ.

    In 2007 appointed CEO NEPEAN, returning to Australia to lead the acquisition and integration of leading national metal products manufacturer Graham Group as Managing Director as well as holding key management positions as MD of VIS, VIS Inc., Bliss Fox and Acting MD of Nepean Conveyors.

    In 2011 led the re-branding and restructuring of all 25 Nepean Group entities into 4 Divisions under the NEPEAN brand.

    An active member of the Young Presidents Organisation (YPO), a global network of chief executives with approximately 20,000 members in more than 100 countries and a graduate of UWS School of Commerce, Stanford Executive Education & Harvard Business School Executive Programme (In conjunction with World Presidents Programme).

    Miles is a Director and Board member of all NEPEAN® companies.

  • Brad Whatson - Chief Financial Officer

    Chief Financial Officer

    Brad joined Nepean in January 2015. Brad has over 20 years’ senior leadership experience in start-up organisations through to global market leaders, focussed on pre-empting business risks and identifying solutions that protect organisations long term growth and profitability. His leadership and extensive change experience covers managing multiple departments including Finance, IT, Legal, Human Resources, Safety and Quality while engaged in business acquisitions and divestments, regional restructures, diligent financial analysis, implementing new business systems, complex financing structures, starting up new businesses and implementing governance strategies. 

  • Rolf Van Rooyen - Managing Director | NEPEAN Mining

    Rolf Van Rooyen

    Managing Director | NEPEAN Mining

    Appointed General Manager of NEPEAN Conveyors in April 2011, Rolf is a Mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Pretoria, with an honours degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the University of South Africa. Previous roles included Managing Director of IST Dynamics (RSA), General Manager & Director of BAE Systems (RSA), and Associate at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Rolf is a member of the Engineering Council of South Africa, and the Australian Institute of Project Management.

    Dushyant joined Nepean Engineering in 1996 following a sixteen year career in multinational engineering and manufacturing company. Dushyant has achieved honours in Mechanical Engineering (BSc Engineering -Mechanical) and is MIEAust with the Institution of Engineers Australia. Dushyant has extensive experience in design, engineering, estimation, manufacturing and management and has successfully delivered projects for Dana Spicer Axle, Tri-Star Steering & Suspension, SC Johnson, Nepean Meco Conveyors, Australian Aerospace, GL&V-Goro Nickel, Rheem Australia and Saimo Technologies.

    General Manager | NEPEAN Transport

    Jason joined Nepean in 2013. Jason has many years’ experience in the capital equipment industry working throughout Australia, China and North America. Jason holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New South Wales, and began his career in product development. He has experienced a career across many aspects of business and operations, both locally and internationally, with key expertise in R&D, procurement, manufacturing and product management. Jason established his career working for JLG Industries and OshKosh Corporation, before relocating with his family back to Australia. Jason is involved in masters programs at the Australian School of Business, and is a member of the Institute of Engineers Australia.

    GM Sales & Service | NEPEAN Transport Equipment (Australia)

    Dan joined NEPEAN in 2001 and has held roles in equipment sales and customer support, being a critical member of both the Australian and North American business. He has successfully delivered projects to the Florida Department of Transportation, Central Florida Regional Transportation Authority, Orange County Transit Authority, Alberta Transportation and Infrastructure, Indiana State Police, Tennessee Highway Patrol, Georgia Department of Public Safety and the Kenworth and Peterbilt truck dealer networks.

  • Mark Keegans - VP Sales & Service | VIS Inc (North America)

    Mark Keegans

    VP Sales & Service | VIS Inc (North America)

    Mark joined NEPEAN Transport (formerly Vehicle Inspection Systems) in 2008. A graduate of the University of Toronto and a member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association, Mark has received the designation of Certified Sales Professional (CSP). Mark held several sales management positions in various automotive companies before starting with NEPEAN Transport as the Canadian Regional Sales Manager for VIS-CHECK and VIS POLISH. Mark quickly excelled and now heads up the North American operations.
